GDPR specifies that companies must:

To comply with these requirements Professional Automation Support Services Ltd. keeps only that data which is relevant to being able to conduct our business with you. This will include contact details such as name, workplace address, email, and telephone and direct dial telephone numbers.

On request we will promptly supply a copy of any data held.

All data is stored electronically on our server with appropriate security implemented.

In order to keep this data as up to date as possible, we will ask for ‘Opt-In’ permission and record the date this has been given.

We operate a programme to confirm whether an individual wishes to remain on our database where we have not had any contact with them over an extended period of time.
